Deposit and Payment: A deposit of $500 per room is required to confirm reservations. Payment in full is due by 120 days prior to the program.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Presidential Holidays, Inc. All deposits and payments are fully refundable 120 days before Passover; 75% of total cost to 90 days, 50% to 60 days, 25% to 30 days and 0% within 30 days. No refunds whatsoever for any changes made after a program has begun. This cancellation policy is strictly adhered to and reflects our risks and costs. Large family group cancellation policies may differ.

Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect travelers from unexpected situations or losses. We suggest Access America at 800-284-8300, reference #B007514

Passports and Travel Documents: Everyone traveling to Mexico (including newborns, infants and children) must have a valid passport. For US citizens traveling to Arizona and Florida, airlines require an official photo identification issued by a government authority; non-US citizens should consult the appropriate authorities regarding travel documents.

Photo/Video Release: By virtue of your presence, you give permission for unlimited use of any photographs and videotapes that include your image.

Responsibilities: Presidential Holidays, Inc. is responsible for making arrangements for the Passover programs offered in this brochure. Presidential Holidays, Inc. (d/b/a Presidential Kosher Holidays) is the tour operator for: (a) Presidential Holidays Southwest, Inc., sponsor of the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Passover program; (b) Presidential Holidays Mexico, Inc., sponsor of the Fairmont Mayakoba Passover program; (c) Presidential Holidays Southeast, Inc., sponsor of the Turnberry Isle Miami Passover Program, hereinafter collectively called the “companies”.

The participant agrees that neither Presidential Holidays, Inc. nor the “companies” shall be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death and property loss) or expense of any nature occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier or person providing services.

Presidential Holidays, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw the programs announced and/or make any alterations necessary for the proper operation of the program. This can be done at the discretion of Presidential Holidays, Inc., for any reason, without penalty. If Presidential Holidays, Inc. cancels a tour, the company has no responsibility beyond the refund of all monies paid to the company by the tour participant for the land package. Airline tickets are not included in the package and are subject to airline regulations. No person, other than an authorized representative of Presidential Holidays, Inc., by a document in writing, is authorized to vary, add or waive any term or condition.
